What is Equity?
Equity: Because we do not all start from the same place due to unfair and unavoidable differences, equity work acknowledges imbalances and makes adjustments.
Equality: Providing the same to all.
What We Do
We offer training, evaluation, and consulting services.
We help you create equity-centered change
Using our five core approaches, we help you create equity-centered change within your team, organization, or community.
Equity is both a process and an outcome.
It involves sharing power, co-designing interventions, and investing and redistributing resources to the greatest need, with explicit consideration for how racism, gender and class oppression, ableism, xenophobia, and English language supremacy impact outcomes.
